Anyone have any advice on a good Korean restaurant? A friend from out of town asked if i know of any Korean spots, and I am ashamed to say I've never eaten Korean. :(

Autumn Garden

Autumn Garden in Radcliff, KY. It is fantastic. Open for lunch and dinner. It is on Wilson Rd. Across from Wal-mart.

Koreana II on Preston is delicious.

If you are going to Radcliff go ahead and go to Korean Delight. I prefer it over Autumn Garden. There is a plethora in radcliff though and they are all decent. In Louisville, Lee's or Koreana are the only ones I have been to.

Wow - thanks for all the suggestions. I didn't know there were so many Korean spots in town.

I have had very good and very authentic Korean cuisine at Koreana on Preston. A Korean friend of mine swears by Lee's.

There used to be a place on Bardstown Road in Buechel, but I am not sure if it is there anymore.

That would be Arirang. The building burned, but the restaurant has returned out in Middletown (former Oriental Express location), in the form of a Japanese-Chinese-Korean eatery.

I've tried it out a couple of times and it's okay, but it seems that most of their business is in fast-food Chinese takeout, and their neighbors don't seem fully aware of the other options. I think I'd give Koreana II and Lee's the edge.

Korean Delight

I have tried to eat there on many occasion. Everytime, it is full of the family working at the dining tables, preparing vegetables for the meals. Every person is smoking, so you cannot breathe in the tiny place and ashes are falling on the veggies...
