Fernando the menu looks great! Do you get a day off? With two hot restaurants open lunch and dinner, Wow! Anyways, I'm truly happy for all your success. The review was one of the best I've seen. You and your familia should feel so proud. Buen provecho! Oue viva la cocina Latina!

Mojito

Thank you Anthony, good luck in New York and Kick some butt man.
You know my only day off is Sunday and when we open for brunch I'm not going to have a day off for a while. Now I will like to mention that I have two really good sou chefs at both places and they rock. Rafael Hernandez a Sullivan Graduated that works at Mojito and Pedro Hernandez at Havana Rumba these guys work really hard and never get any mention. I think chefs should give more credit to their sou chefs, we are lucky to have these guys. Fernando.

Your so right! We are nothing without our staff. Two Latino Sous Chefs, that's pretty cool. I have two Louisville boys, but they've been with me for awhile and they cook Latin food like they're from there. Eric Newman and Nicolas Wilson. Thanks! New york will be fun and I plan on kicking some @#! Take care and as always buen provecho!
