Browning's Brewery

Had a great time with great food and very polite service last night at the micro-brewery at Louisville Slugger Field.

Cindy and I sat at the bar and started off with the Boneless Wings tossed in a porter bbq sauce that had just the right amount of flavor of both the bbq and porter beer neither one overwhelming each other.
We decided to stick with the appetizer page and ordered the Pub Cheese and Pretzels also and cannot say enough on how creamy the beer cheese was and also the soft warm pretzels which were perfect for dipping !
We were both filling up on the apps but could not resist trying the appetizer special that Chef Shariat had which was tender marinated chicken skewers served with a dill sauce and also a soy sauce that had a Mediterranean flavor which was light and wonderful.

Of course everything was paired with several SheDevils that could not of hit the spot any better. :D

Could not of asked for a better evening to watch playoff games and really enjoy ourselves with great company also. The restaurant had a real nice flow of patrons all night !

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

Good to hear. It's been a while, and I need a SheDevil fix. I like the boneless wings, too.
