A big shout out to Corbett's

Although most of our dining out tends to lean toward the casual side, sometimes there is a special occasion where we want to "kick it up a notch". With my mother, daughter and her boyfriend all visiting for the holidays, this weekend was just such an occasion. After reading many positive things about Corbett's on this forum and others, we decided that we'd give them a try. To say that we had a wonderful dining experience would be an understatement...The service and the food were impeccable. Chef Deano has put together an amazing staff from top to bottom and Chef Howerton's skills in the kitchen are simply the finest we have enjoyed since moving to Louisville. Thank you to all of Corbett's staff for making our first visit to your fine restaurant such a memorable experience. Corbett's will definitely be on our "A" list the next time we decide to "kick it up a notch".

I'm pretty sure that as a result of our wonderful anniversary dinner last year, Corbett's has become our go to when it comes to nicer nights out. Simply the best Louisville has to offer.
