Shout out to Seviche

A very big thanks to everyone at Seviche for a beautiful Christmas eve dinner. My wife called in advance for a reservation and asked if the foie gras appetizer was still on the menu, she was told it had been removed but given the advanced notice they would prepare it special for us....well we went through 3 portions like lightning. On top of that they fried (cringe) a piece of flounder for my elderly mother-in-law. Service and food were firing on all cylinders.

My tuna was amazing and spicy. My son loved the pork chop and my wife stayed true to the skirt steak! Dessert and a nice tawny port finished a beautiful evening. Picked up a gift certificate while we were there so we even got in some last minute shopping.

Mark, since you reported your Seviche experience on the day before Christmas, here is my report from the day after Christmas. We went last night (Sat, Dec 26) and had a flawless meal. My wife ordered the tuna special--we order this fairly often and it is always great. I gorged myself on a seviche tasting. So I guess this isn't a very interesting report: on the day after Christmas, Seviche was awesome, as usual!! Keep it up, Anthony!
