TJ Cinnamons had the best sticky buns, but they don't have their own store anymore. And now hardly any Arby's have them.

The closest is

2119 STATE STREET
NEW ALBANY,IN 47150 US

Cinnabon is delicious though!! Plehns probably has good rolls too...never tried them though. I will have to soon.

Oh, great...I am totally craving a cinnamon bun now!!!! It;s been awhile since I had one actually. And I was just by Cinnabon in the mall today.
