There are various styles of bartending, as you know. Flair, Classic, Modern, Culinary, etc... One of the styles that is becoming hotter by the day is the Japanese style. Reminiscent of the Tea ceremony, pay particular attention to his movements and body/language. I especially appreciate the outside-of-the hand movements. They take some practice to master. The hard-shake method they show, by the way, is incomplete. There's a couple more steps involved. So, with out further ado...
