Rick,
Since you asked ...
Went in for carry-out this past Thursday (12/10) around 8:30 p.m. After taking my order, the server asked me to have a seat in the waiting area up front where the palm plants are. While I was waiting, a Christmas tree was dragged into the area, the palm plant was pushed to the side and they started getting ready to set the tree up, boxing me into the corner. There wasn't room for the 3 people putting up the tree, the benches, the palm plant and me. I politely said, "excuse me", stepped over the tree and went and stood by the register. If they had asked if I could move over to one side or even had said they were going to put up the tree, I wouldn't have minded moving at all. The fact that it was just done and I had to move or be trampled really did not leave me all warm and fuzzy about Cocos Lokos. I did tell my server that I thought the behavior rude and he was very apologetic.
The food was very good, but I haven't been back because I was so steamed over the Christmas tree incident. My blood pressure is already starting to rise, recounting the story.

Wasn't going to say a thing about it, but you asked about our experiences and so here it is.
