I haven't been to CPK in a few years, but I remember quite a few times they donated a portion of their sales on a given day to charities being sponsored by U of L groups. Good for them.

Also, if MIchael Scott loves Chili's, it can't be all bad! :D Although I've always thought that "Bar and Grill" is more euphonic than "Grill and Bar." Ah well, cellar door. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cellar_door

The Jerk chicken pizza is very tasty.

I like the food at Texas Roadhouse (honestly) its the Toby Keith ringing in my ears when I leave that I don't like. Plus, they're locally owned so that's good too in a I like almost everything from Louisville kind of way.

If I go to a chain, I usually go to Texas Roadhouse. I've never had a bad meal there.

We hit up CPK occasionally when in the east end. I've never had a bad pizza there, and their asian salad is great. It's just about the only chain I'll give any business to - things just seem fresh and well prepared.

CPK has some of the best salads I've ever gotten anywhere, chain or no chain.

Out of all of those on the list it's the only one I voluntarily go to and we go there about once a month.
