I'm sure it is Perla, but actually, they've got the location screwed up:

ONE BLOCK FROM HURSTBOURNE LANE AT WESTPORT ROAD!

is wrong, and
GOOSE CREEK ROAD at HURSTBOURNE LANE

is wrong in a different way.

It's actually on Goose Creek Road one block south of Westport Road. But I figure that's a carelessness or language-barrier issue. It's surely Perla.
