Man, life sure is getting complicated with all of the science we have these days. We create things that are supposed to be good but then we find out that we've created things that kill us and then we have to know what to avoid in order to live longer :? :?

I realized farmed salmon was bad for you, but had no idea how bad. I've eaten at least 3 salmon salads in the last month. Ugh.

I'm glad milk is on there. The whole idea of milk is disgusting in the first place.

I saw this article previously and was impressed that many of these so-called experts are not exactly unbiased. Too bad they didn't provide links to studies, journals or papers. Oh, wait, that wouldn't be quite as sensational. While some of these claims are possibly true, others seem self-serving without some supporting evidence.

We're fortunate to live in a time and place where we have the science and technology to produce such vast quantities of food that people can decide not to eat something based on any reason other than, "will it kill me immediately?".

My sentiments, too. Read through some of the comments and others seem to also have that opinion. Some of the "experts" seemed to be trying to increase their bottom line.
