You're missing a few of the obvious ones, Wild Eggs, Toast and Lynn's Paradise Cafe all serve brunch every day of the week. Proof has a nice brunch on weekends.

Is there a particular area of town you're looking for a brunch spot?

Always willing to try any area. I have eaten multiple times at the "obvious" ones and do enjoy those...but wondered if there was something good I had missed that served a Sat. breakfast/brunch menu...since we do eat that meal on a lot of Saturdays.

We love The Cafe' near Louisville Stoneware. They do a great daily brunch menu, but no buffet.

I wanted to try them once more, this morning, to be sure, before recommending:

Eva Mae's on Upper River Road (next to Cunningham's on the River). Eggs Benedict is excellent and the version with smoked salmon is to die for. Really delicious. Huge and delicious pancakes. Nice cheese grits (INMO better than the hash brown casserole). We've been there 3 times now, twice for breakfast, and the food has always been first rate. Service can be spotty (young guy = good, older lady = not so much) and some diners may not fully appreciate the "river shack" ambiance, but the food we've had has been exceptional. Nice drive, too.
My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.
