Ok, I give up. We are planning a culinary adventure to Mojito's again this weekend, and I'm looking at the menu, and the Mariscos is described as 'Gamba, garlic aioli and salsa fresca, and creme fraiche'. I can't find a description anywhere for Gamba - can anyone tell me what it is please?
