I had dinner at one of his restaurants several years ago while in Kansas City after a football game. Pretty good Mexican fare

Yini De La Torre, 19, and her husband, Arnoldo Bazan, 30, now face federal food tampering charges. According to prosecutors, Bazan had a grudge against Rulber De La Torre and the couple set out to cause him financial harm.


That's a shame. Luckily, from the sound of the article, it appears his customers are starting to return.
