Hood repair ?

One of our locally owned restaurant gems in the Highlands is needing some possible hood work done.
I believe the contact that I had has moved out of the city.

Does anybody have any recommendations for someone they know to take a look and give some estimates or troubleshoot ?

I don't know that you'd call him a "hood" or not but I've got a buddy who I've used in the past when I wanted someone to wake up in a dumpster...He doesn't work cheap though.

Chef Supply...I do a lot of work with these guys. They have a stainless steel fab shop on site. I would be willing to say they install more hoods than most others.
