Hood repair ?

by Alan H » Thu Nov 19, 2009 5:15 pm

One of our locally owned restaurant gems in the Highlands is needing some possible hood work done.
I believe the contact that I had has moved out of the city.

Does anybody have any recommendations for someone they know to take a look and give some estimates or troubleshoot ?

Very appreciated :D

I don't know that you'd call him a "hood" or not but I've got a buddy who I've used in the past when I wanted someone to wake up in a dumpster...He doesn't work cheap though. 8)

Alan,

I'm in the sheet metal business. I do hoods, duct, exhaust fans & makeup air units. Give me a call if you like: Dane Sheet Metal, 968-3641.

Thanks,

David

Alan,

Chef Supply...I do a lot of work with these guys. They have a stainless steel fab shop on site. I would be willing to say they install more hoods than most others.

Ask for Jerry (585-1907) 1512 West Main Street.

Cheers,

Scott

Flame Control does a good job for a reasonable price. Call Ray at 417-4614.

Don Berger at Debson Equipment is another... though he's sometimes harder to get a hold of. His number is 454-7633.
