In need of the Forum's help!

I've recently started a dinner club and I'm looking for a good restaurant downtown. Ideally, this restaurant would be moderately priced, have good food / service and have a nice bar. I'm considering Proof on Main, 732 Social or the Mayan Cafe.

All excellent choices, I would also consider Brownings.

You might add Saffron's to the list. The bar is smallish, but they've got everything you are looking for, and really exceptional service.

Bistro 301 is another great place downtown. Some people still call it Deke's Marketplace Grill. They really have great food and service.

Another thought is Boudreaux's. I haven't been there yet, it is in the former Petrus nightclub, but I have heard good things. Cajun style cuisine.
