Looks like quite an enthusiastic ethnic-food guy, with a lot of good ideas, even if he does gently "spam" his book at the top of the page.

Interestingly, that format - long list of short reviews all on one page - is how LouisvilleHotBytes got its start. I had a single long page of reviews of about 100 local eateries for a couple of years - maybe 1994-96 ? - before I finally got smart and spent a weekend moving every review to its own page.

After this one has been discussed, I think I'll move it to the Food Travel section for a more permanent reference. Maybe edit the header, too.
