Greetings from Denver!!

We flew in yesterday to see new granddaughter. It is still pretty cool here, lows in 40's, highs in mid 60's. Yesterday afternoon there was a pretty intense storm that left piles of hail on Conseco field and apple sized hail east of here. Last night we ate an Italian buffet, Cinzettis, something I approached with trepidation, but it was great.

It was like Italian heaven!! I was amazed at how everything was fresh and well prepared. Since I am travelling with the "Bottomless Pit" AKA son Eddy, my daughter recommended this for dinner. The Panzanella (bread) Salad, Arancini (rice balls) and Calamari Fritti were my favorites. I got to introduce my 3 year old granddaughter to cannoli, she loved it.

Tonight we may try a restaurant called Yak and Yeti, an Indian-Nepalese place nearby. I also am going to Boston Market for lunch (yeah a chain, sorry!), I LOVE their chicken and sides, miss them at home!

If in Boulder

If you make your way to Boulder, you have to go to The Buff for breakfast. Anytime I am in Boulder, I get their Lemon Pecan Pancakes, oh they are so good.
