Gusto Latino! (Latin Taste) - Tobago
Seviche will be continuing the fantastic "Gusto Latino!" wine dinner series on Wednesday, November 18th with a menu that features the culinary traditions of Tobago.
If you are unfamiliar with the "Gusto Latino" (which means Latin Taste) wine dinners, they are a fantastic special series inspired by the culinary traditions of the 27 different Latin American Countries. Each dinner focuses on a different country and is paired with unique wines from around the world.
The November 18th event will be Chef Anthony Lamas' 17th dinner and the menu will be paired with unique wines from Spain, Portugal, Oregon, France & Italy. David DuBou of Vintner Select will be the wine guide for the evening and a menu, pairings, cost and contact information are below.
