Sorry but I can't believe it. They may be evil but I don't think they are so stupid as to put a letter like that on their letterhead. And why is it out of Australia?

Because McDonald's is like a giant kraken that has the Earth in a stranglehold! Or Cthulhu... (;,;)

Even if it is fake though, it's still slightly amusing.

This is the same idiot who tried to pay a bill with a spider he had drawn on a piece of paper.

Do you think it's a habit particular to McDonalds or is what happens to any restaurant/drive thru/business that pays minimum wage , hires first time jobbers and doesn't take the time to properly train? There used to be a Hardee's at the corner of Breckinridge Lane and Taylorsville Rd. that screwed up every time we visited. I doubt it was Hardee's , it's lazy management, underpaid staff and poor training. There's ALL KINDS of businesses out there operating under those circumstances.

I'm not a McDonald's frequenter, but I can say that in my experience over the past 30 years or so going through McD drive through's that McD's does not make it a habit of leaving items out of orders. In fact, I marvel at how dang efficient they are.

The important question we all need to know Annemarie: Did they serve your Coke without ice?
