According to a recent Email and info on the restarant's Website:

Stop in 5 of our 9 Louisville Pie Kitchens now have full delis with stacked high sandwiches, soups, pastas and top them all off with any of our 98 Homemade desserts.

Odd, we've been getting soup and sandwiches from the one near Grinstead & Bardstown for a while now. I think we started getting them at work for lunch back in the late spring. They've been pretty good all in all.

Maybe they tested the concept there and are now rolling it out to other properties? Just a guess.

They must have been testing it, because the one in Fern Creek does not have a deli.
