"Progressive Beer Dinner" Oct. 23 at Brown Hotel

The Brown Hotel will have a “Progressive Beer Dinner” on Friday, Oct. 23.

The event begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. The three-course dinner will start at 7:30 p.m. with guests relocating to a different part of the hotel after each course.

Cost: $49 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Space is limited, so reservations are required. Call English Grill manager Neal Ward at (502) 736-2998.

Ward, Executive Chef Laurent Géroli and Ken Lee and Jeremy Markle from Alltech’s Lexington Brewing Company will discuss the beer and cuisine and introduce the Bluegrass Sundown, a Bourbon coffee drink from Alltech.

Live Irish entertainment by Lisa and Ray Weaver will also be provided at the dining stations.
