Pumpkin Pie Gelato

by Justin Gilbert » Mon Oct 12, 2009 3:30 pm

:D We are happy to announce that Pumpkin Pie gelato is now available at Gelato Gilberto. It is also available at Heine Brothers Coffee at Gardiner Lane and Heine Brothers Coffee at the Douglass Loop. In addition to Heine Brothers, our pumpkin pie gelato is available at Coffee Affair on LaGrange road and Caffe Classico in Clifton. As always, our gelato is made from scratch using only the finest ingredients possible. Later in the year, we will feature other seasonal favorites such as Cranberry sorbet, Bourbon Ball, Butter Bourbon Pear, Poached Pear, and Egg Nog Gelato. We are also open to suggestions, so let us know if you have a flavor idea, seasonal or otherwise. Thanks!

Try talking to Dustin directly. If you can get him behind it, and it's likely to be something that other people are willing to buy... he may carry it in the future. I know he's very passionate about carrying the best product that he can justify stocking (within reason, of course). Reasonable requests and suggestions have always been welcome at Theater Square... We had all kinds of requests and special orders at the wine shop when I worked there.

Sometimes you just have to ask...

I put vegetables in your desserts, white chocolate with your fish and other nonsense stuff that you think shouldn't make sense, but coax the nonsense into something that makes complete sense in your mouth. Just open your mind, mouth and eat.

:) If Dustin wanted to order some we send some pints of pumpkin pie gelato to the market. The catch is that he would need to order a minimum of 8 units, but I am willing if he is. jg
