by David DuBou » Mon Oct 12, 2009 10:46 am

Wednesday, November 11th - 7pm
A very special event at the historic Fireside Bar & Grill in Sellersburg!

Chef Debra Keller and David DuBou of Vintner Select are once again joining forces to bring the area a fantastic wine & food pairings dinner - - but this time in Southern Indiana!!!
Chef Debra recently joined the historic Fireside Bar & Grill in Sellersburg and Vintner Select recently expanded into Indiana!
So come join us as we celebrate some of the classic food and wines of France.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted with a glass of white wine selected to go with your appetizer that awaits you at your table. Once everyone has arrived Chef Debra will speak briefly about the foods you will be enjoying during the evening and David DuBou from Vintner Select will offer a brief overview of the wines that will accompany each course. Dave will go into greater detail with each course and will be available to answer any questions that you may have. Should you fall in love with any or all the wines they will be available for purchase by the bottle to enjoy at home.
