Selena's and Five Rivers Winery will be hosting a four course dinner paired with five wines benefitting Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Gilda's Club of Louisville. Dinner to be held Monday October 26, 2009 at Selena's at Willow Lake Tavern, 10609 Lagrange Road. Price per person is $50 plus tax and gratuity. Menu for the evening to consist of...

Meet and Greet with assorted cheese platter accompanied with a glass of Five Rivers Pinot Grigio.

Dinner begins with proscuitto wrapped pan seared scallop in puff pastry, served with a balsamic reduction. Wine pairing Five Rivers Merlot

Kentucky limestone bibb lettuce salad with candied peaches, glazed pecans, and a mandarin orange goat cheese vinaigrette. Wine pairing Five Rivers Chardonnay

Cajun spiced quail with fall vegetables in an apricot demi-glace with rosemary scented fingerling potatoes. Wine paring Five Rivers Pinot Noir

White chocolate and persimmon croissant bread pudding with a rich raspberry coulis.
Wine pairing Korbel Brut Sparkling Wine
