Ralph - any idea if this discount applies to sharpening services? I'm not really in need of new knives right now, I have a pretty good set (mix of Henckel and Wusthof), but a lot of them are in need of some honing and of course I'd rather support a local than ship them somewhere.

Heimerdinger is the ultimate LOCAL business. I was sort of a competitor for about twenty years sharpening knives. I did it on a mobile basis. They are like an old world company.

I'm a chef, and the restaurant is called dinner for my wife every night. Tough boss.

I'm nothing close to a chef but a serious home cook and my cutlery needs tending to. Plus I'd love to buy some more.
