Suggestions for Dinner

My husband is taking me out for my birthday dinner tomorrow night. Along with us, we will have his 2 children (15 & 12). Since I get to choose the restaurant, I'm looking for something different than the regular old chain restaurants that the kids like to go to. The kids do not like to experiment with new food and we're trying to go on a budget. I'd also rather stay away from Bardstown Rd. since the parking is horrendous on the weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Cafe Lou Lou is reasonably priced, really tasty food and pizza would be a safe option for the kids. It's become one of my go to spots.

Order a pizza for the kids, leave 'em at home and have the hubby take you out to a nice dinner at Selena's.
