I agree! Good Eats is about the only reason I ever turn on Food TV any more. A shame, too. I loved it when it first came to town, but it seems they've dumbed it down more every year. It's a pleasant surprise that AB stays.

I'll definitely be watching, I love AB. That and DDD are the only things I watch on FoodNetwork... well, I occasionally watch Iron Chef or Throwdown too.
