I need to borrow your turkey fryer burner

by Marsha L. » Fri Oct 02, 2009 4:47 pm

...for the Phoenix Hill Chili Cookoff next Sunday, the 11th. The propane kind. If you're embarrassed to admit to owning one, you shouldn't be, but just send me a private message. I won first place last year and I'm defending my title!

I've got one but will likely be using it next weekend in a friendly attempt to take down the former P.H. chili champion. Oh ! Wait. That would be you. :P

Steve, I'd love to go head-to-head, but I'll be competing in the restaurant division. I just don't think it'd be fair for me to compete in the home cooking division... 8)

Ohhhhhhhhh I know. I was just crankin' on yer chain a bit. It's still up in the air if we'll cook it or not (I'm waiting to hear back from a "guest chef"). If it turns out we don't cook it you are welcome to our propane stove. Regardless Becky and I join the chorus of wishing you "Good Luck".

Marsha,
Actually I've got a fish fryer burner, same thing just a little older they predated the idea of Turkey fryers that you're more than welcome to borrow. You have a PM.
