Germantown Cafe spot?

I drove by the old Germantown Cafee spot today and noticed some activity inside. Does anyone know anything about this?

I also drove past Jockamo's and forgot just how good the bread (pizza) sticks are :D :D

They had a beer garden in the back during the Schnitzelburg Walk. All I know beyond that is that they are reopening under the same name sometime in October.
