Louisville Original gc's / Great customer service

by Steve Shade » Tue Sep 29, 2009 10:14 am

I bought 6 of the gc's, printed them out and the printer I used cut off the last number of the identifying code, making them unusable. I didn't notice this and therefore deleted the emailed certificates.

I emailed the company that handles this hoping that something could be done or I would lose about 150.00.

Within a short time, I received the following ..

Hi Steve,

We just re-emailed the web certificates to you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Steve, my LO certificates printed off the same way - missing the last number on the certificate.

Try this address ... lisa@powercard.com

All I gave her was my name and she resent the certificates so I could reprint them.

The reason I had trouble was not the printer. It was the dumba.. that printed them.

I have contacted Kerry DeMuth when I have had problems before and she has taken care of it immediately. If Lisa isn't able to help I am sure Kerry can. Her contact information is under the "board" tab on the LO website.
