I'm not sure I'd want any beer made with Louisville rain water. What with the state of the Ohio, rubber town and all... :?

Im thinking that the rain water is going to be a bit better off than the Ohio River water thats filled with all industrial run off and sewage from all the states upstream then chlorinated heavily enough to meet Gov regs.

With a hint of coal dust and ash!
I would prefer spring water filtered through limestone like bourbon.

Bottled water is: pricier than gasoline, environmental excess, and held to fewer regulations than tap water.

Municipal water is: practically free, Healthy (despite what skeptics say), and not wasteful. No water is containment free. However, I do agree some filtered water from my fridge makes a better cup of coffee than faucet water. And, I try to water my plants only with rain water or filtered water when possible.

The brewery has a filtration system. The rainwater is run through the filtration system as it is collected. It's an awesome idea. Great usage of water. Too bad I'm not a fan of beer.
