The gordita trailer is unbelievably good

I go there at least twice a weekend, and I've NEVER been disappointed. Going again tonight. If you haven't been, it's in the Eastland shopping center on Btown road, you should go. Open on the weekends only.

I try to hit the gordita trailer once a week. With Las Gorditas and Dakshin, my favorite Indian restaurant in town, I'm at the Eastland shopping center quite a bit.

I agree. I have tried a number of tacos around the area and the Gordita Trailer always comes out on top. I have showed up a couple times and found the trailer absent,but I assume that was due to weather or other factors beyond their control.If you haven't been,do yourself a favor and head over one evening and check them out. I've also found that if you are having a dinner party it's a nice alternative. I order a variety of things and serve them on a tray. I've even cut the burritos in thirds so everyone gets a nice little bite of everything.

If you are traveling far you might want to give them a call first. The only thing that impedes them being at the spot is illness and wind.

Pat told me last week they were going to be out of town Sunday and wouldn't be open. Just a one-time deal, though.
