Thanks to Gemelli that wrapped up the 9 month collection process for the 20 bottles we needed for Christmas gifts around the world.

Not to pick on you, Brad, but to avoid any confusion, that would be Old Town, at Bardstown and Sherwood, a couple of blocks north of Bonnycastle. Or was that your way of keeping the secret? They also have about as good a wine selection as any shop in town, by the way.

I've lived on Bonnycastle for going on three years now, and Hometown has been there for my whole tenure. It's literally next to Bombay. It's relatively small, with a so-so though not outstanding wine selection, but their liquor selection, especially bourbon, is impressive, as are the prices. Their prices are often $5 or more better than Liquor Barn on high-end bourbons.
Brad Keeton wrote:No, no - I mean Hometown Liquors, across the street from Cafe 360 and next to Bombay. It's owned by the same family that owns Bombay.

One of the owners told me (probably 2 years ago) that they get as many or more bottles of it than anyone in Jefferson County - not sure how true that is, but I often can find 15 yr. old year round.
