Tomato and roasted garlic sauce.
Topped with portabella mushrooms and artichoke hears, mozerella and parmesan cheese.
2. Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil
Fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh garlic, olive oil. Mozzerella, cheddar and parmesan
We're working towards 7 days a week with pizza, but certainly weekends, plus tues and weds...Going great thus far. By the slice, or by the pie! (three bucks/ten bucks - cheap!)
P.S. Dave (our chef) unveiled some kind of southwestern style pizza last night too...with corn and peppers and some other stuff. Very cool.
