Veal Pasta at Varanese

Last night, I attended the KRA meet and greet at Varanese and had the pleasure of enjoying this dinner special. I'm not sure if they'll be running it again tonight, but if they are, you should get you some.

I wasn't really in note-taking mode, but I can tell you it was a fresh pasta, papadelle cut, dark sauce, pulled braised veal (butt, I would guess.) Delicious. Even with all of the festivities going on around me, time almost seemed to stand still...
