We're open Labor Day (Monday) and have some extra fun planned:
Our crazy pizza chef (his real job is a Professor at Bellarmine) is going to be making his thin crust gourmet vegetarian pizza all day at Ray's Monkey House. Noon - late night. We'll be selling them by the slice or whole pies. He's into classic toppings like fresh mozzarella and basil, but I also heard him talking about mango and lime last week, so we'll see what he comes up with for Monday.
And our beer selection is right around 35 beers available right now, including a few draft choices, so stop by to celebrate Labor day with some ultra-gourmet pizza and awesome craft brews.
