I know this is too late for you guys, but if you get back soon, ask if they can make Zesty Madness. It's not on the menu, but is occasionally a special and if they have the ingredients, they'll make it anyway! Ummmm.

Lotus Unfolding- my all time favorite roll anywhere. I feel like I'm ordering a Georgia O'Keefe painting when I say it to the server though.

we're hooked! can't wait to go back. we had the serendipity, a miso soup, california roll, a roll with spicy crab, salmon and avocado (can't remember the name), pork dumplings, and the panko fried meats on a stick. i think it was called kashikatsu, we went with chicken and shrimp. i also had a hoegaarden and and will bill ale and both were $1 off. BF had a soft drink. our server was great and all of the food was wonderful. we got stuffed for $26.50 and left the server $8.50 cause she was so helpful and friendly. i checked out the rest of the menu and it seemed like you could dine at maido outside of happy hour and still enjoy lots of food without spending a lot of money. maido is definitely a new favorite! i'm glad we finally went.
