I thought I'd mention something that happened to me the other day especially considering that posts about fast food places are typically not on the positive side.
I don't eat much fast food but on occassion I will pop into Taco Bueno. I used to eat there as a teen in Texas and it is far, far superior to Taco Bell (I will not eat at Taco Bell, yuck!). Anyway, I meant to order a 3 taco special, which was a number 8, but being pre-occupied I mistakenly ordered a number 3 (as in 3 tacos, lol). When the food came out I realized what I had done. Since the mistake was mine I offered to pay for the second meal or whatever I had to do to get what I wanted. I didn't feel they had to do anything to cover for my mistake. The manager would have no part of it, tossed the old order and gave me what I meant to order. All in the name of customer service. How refreshing! I wish this local franchisee well.
