Cafe Lou Lou Highlands is Tapin' that Keg

by Clay Wallace » Tue Aug 18, 2009 2:22 pm

Join us Thursday August, 20 at 6:00 p.m. for the taping of Goose Island's Fleur keg. A refreshingly tart and fruity Belgian style ale, resulting from a secondary fermentation with hibiscus flowers and wild yeasts.
Alcohol by Volume: 7.0%. To honor this great Chicago brew we will kick things off with some great music; maybe some Grateful Dead @ The Electric Theater, Chicago on April 26, 1969. As always, we will be serving the same fantastic food.

Nice...

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

D'oh. We're eating at Lou Lou Highlands tonight. A day early. . .
