Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that came out for this... I had a great time chatting and dining with you guys. Hope we can do this again in the future. 8)

Eric,

Thanks for hosting us last night. It was a great evening of food, conversation and of course beer. Chicken is usually not my "go to" meat when I think BBQ but I really enjoyed what you kitchen put out last night...oh and those BBQ sauces rocked (If you are able to share the source and/or recipes I'm interested). It's always great to be able to associate faces with some of the names on the board and this outing was no different. Roger, thanks for suggesting the Expedition Stout as a companion for the BBQ...excellent choice.

Yes, it was an evening of Bone Appetites...

Bell's Expedition Stout and BBQ go well together, if you can remember the experience the following morning.

Thanks for the reminder ...

To repeat what everyone else is saying, it was nice to meet all of you and the food/drink was excellent.

Thanks to Paul for doing the legwork and Eric for hosting. I really like what the KBC (almost wrote KBG) is doing, so I look forward to dining and drinking there again soon. Hopefully it will be with some, if not all, of you.

Cheers!

Now that I'm conscious and fueled by espresso, permit me to join the chorus. It really was a fun time, and if the ever diligent Paul follows through with notes and remarks (pretty please), I have the makings of a column. More importantly, I have a place that I'll be visiting again.

Gracias!

We had fun, too, and the added advantage of being only about five minutes away from home. :)

Paul,

I'm afraid I neglected to give you the proper kudos in my post this morning. So to echo everyone else s comments...We thank you for hatching this idea and following through to make it happen. Look forward to seeing your notes.

There's just something about BBQ...

Alan,

We'll see you at the "Quarters" in the next week or so. Becky and I both agree that you have the best outdoor dining we've experienced here in L'ville. Can't wait to sip a couple of cold ones on your deck.

Thanks for the kudos everyone. It really wasn't any trouble at all.

Thanks again to Eric and the rest of KBC for hosting us. Everything was fantastic, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

Just as a reminder to everyone that I talked to last night, we're still looking at next Friday for the Sergio's offline. I hope all of you can make it!

I could do a craft beer offline every week, hell I can do them several times a week if the oppurtunity is there :D
