I'll bet $50 that it's Maria Bell. The "It's All Greek To Me" on Frankfort is pretty clearly running into regulatory issues for serving anything but takeout to be finished off-premises because there was no restaurant kitchen in that shop, although Mary did see a three-part sink being installed the other day.
