News Flash: Gourmet Pizza at Ray's

Hey ya'll...

I wanted to wait a few days, but can't resist.

We got a pizza oven for Ray's Monkey House Coffeeshop yesterday, and it should be up and running within a week or so!

WhoooHoooooo.....

And I have a gourmet "pizza guy" to do the creations. Planning on some great stuff AND pizza by the slice. Many many more updates coming soon.

I guess we'll have to enter the pizza throwdown ourselves now. At least we'll have an oven on premises!

Again, updates soon. We're probably not looking at serving this weekend, but I betcha by next weekend. And we're talking some crazy mad good pizzas!!!

What style are you shooting for? I am thinking of flying to NYC for the weekend just to get a great slice of pie. Why can't someone is Louisville make a great NYC style pizza? Must be the water.

I think it is the humidity we have here in the ohio valley---the dough just does not rise the same as in NYC. Just my opinion

Not to take away from Nimbus, but if you are ever in the Plainview area check out Perfetto's.
It is pretty tasty stuff.
