You guys are right. In hindsight, it was the winery, not The Bodega, where I got my wine, and my girlfriend's mom got rejected. Oh well. Strange experience, nonetheless.
There were restaurants that I thought were snooty before I ate there. Several of those, 610 and Corbett's in particular, turned out to be two of the friendliest experiences I've ever had in a restaurant.
