...but a Guac-off!

My dear lifemate and partner in crime, Becca, just said to me...

I like mine....Well.... That's a secret until I get to prove myself amongst my brethern.

the cool thing is, something so simple as guacamole and there are a lot of different ways to prepare it. oh man i am going to have to get some aguacates tomorrow.....

I love Guac. Everyone should participate so I will be able to eat as much as possible.

I organized a salsa and guac-off for my family's 4th of July party this summer. It was interesting to see all the different ways both of these foods can be produced, as well as the different preferences brought to the table by the audience members.

It's a rather inexpensive competition and one in which the product can be made in advance. Goes well with beer too.
