If you have ever wondered what the Slow Food Movement is really all about, you should check out the group's next "meet and eat" dinner scheduled for 6pm Tuesday at Varanese Restaurant. Slow Foods' Kentucky chapter president, Mark Williams, will be on hand for an informal discussion of Slow Food's principles and to highlight the local ingredients prepared by Chef John Varanese.
