Right now, Havana Rumba is our go to, whenever we cannot make up our minds where else we want to go.

Never had a bad experience, meal, or service.

Since Varanese is practically across the street and because the food and service are fantastic, I'd say it's our "go to" spot. :D And I'll add Caffe Classico and El Mundo as well since they are within walking distance and also have great food!
When in doubt, add more wine.

Ramsis. Open until 2:00am on the weekends and the Ms. Krab's Grouper (two crab cakes on top of a piece of grouper) is my latest favorite dish.

Probably Bristol Bar & Grille....I know they seem to be morphing into a "mini-chain", but they remain local and (IMO) have sustained their good quality.
