Recipe for ddukbokki (Korean spicy rice cakes!)

by Sohee Lacey » Wed Jul 29, 2009 4:31 pm

I remember reading a while back about the interest a lot of you had in DDUKBOKKI, the spicy Korean rice cake dish that Choi's did a fastastic job with a few years back.

I ran across this website with the recipe and "how-to" video!:

You can get all the ingredients from an Asian market like Choi's in Lyndon. It's actually quite simple and delish! Just thought I'd share!

No problem, Jessica!

It's actually really really really easy. I made it in under 15 minutes yesterday! I just wish it wasn't full of carbs. Those rice cakes is rice that's been pressed together so you can imagine how much carbs that would be. But it's okay, tasty food is worth it :)
