I seem to remember hearing about them thumbing theit nose to the smoking ordinance and then a cigarette butt burns them down! I don't think you could find a better example of irony.
Maybe Jerry can give them a loan to re-build on his way out.

The loan won't come from Jerry. His....I'm sorry, our money is all tied up at the moment (Cordish, Qudoba downtown?). Maybe they can get a short-term loan from the former Housing and Urban Development Director, Kimberly Bunton, to loan them some $$?? I am sure she knows where to find some extra....

Some people say "gross mismanagement", I say "!@#$%^&"! And the fact that Ms. Bunton is able to draw unemployment insurance is just an absolute abomination!
