Gusto Latino! Guyana
Seviche will be continuing the fantastic "Gusto Latino!" wine dinner series on Wednesday, August 12th with a menu that features the culinary traditions of Guyana.
If you are unfamiliar with the "Gusto Latino" wine dinners, they are a fantastic special series inspired by the culinary traditions of the 27 different Latin American Countries. Each dinner focuses on a different country and is paired with unique wines from around the world.
The August 12th event will be Chef Anthony Lamas' 14th dinner and the menu will be paired with unique wines from Spain, Chile, & California. David DuBou of Vintner Select will be the wine guide for the evening and a menu, pairings, cost and contact information are below.
